Administrative Executive

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional? We’re looking for an Administrative Executive to handle secretarial and administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience with knowledge of office and administrative procedures 
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate and skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in liaising with suppliers, service providers and internal teams

Accounts Assistant

Passionate about accounting? We are seeking an organized and reliable individual to join our team, where maintaining accurate records and assisting with financial processes contributes to fulfilling our mission. 

Requirements: 

  • LCCI Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel & Accounting Software
  • Knowledge of accounting and budgeting is a plus
  • Able to work independently and in a team

 

 

Graphic Designer/ Content Creator

 

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and content creation who wants to make a difference?

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage all social media platforms of the church
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy and content calendar
  • Generate innovative ideas and execute compelling content
  • Take ownership of the entire content creation process, from conceptualization to shooting, editing, designing and uploading
  • Create visually striking designs and collateral for various purposes, including social media posts, buntings, posters and other promotional materials.

 

Requirements: 

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Art/Design, Creative Multimedia or a related field
  • Previous work experience or hands-on skills in a design-related field (internships, freelance work or employment) may be considered 
  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines
  •  Able to work independently and be part of the team

 

IT Supervisor – Building Management

Are you tech-savvy and passionate about using your skills to support God’s work? Join our building management team to ensure the IT and facility systems run smoothly for church services, ministries and events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support CCC’s IT and building systems (network, CCTV, access control, etc.)
  • Provide technical and event support for church operations
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and system upgrades

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT system administration, networking or building system technologies
  • Good communication with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and be part of the team

 

Church Driver

We’re looking for a responsible and dependable driver to join our team and help support the transportation needs of our Church.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record with at least 5+ years driving experience
  • Reliable, punctual and attentive to safety and comfort
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (fluids, tire pressure, etc.) while ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality of the vehicles.
  • Professional, courteous and discreet in handling sensitive matters with confidentiality
  • Flexible to work evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays when needed

 

Chargeman

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chargeman to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring a safe and seamless environment. If you have the expertise and a commitment to upholding safety and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you. 

Requirements:

  • Competent B0 Chargeman by Suruhanjaya Tenaga with 5 years of working experience
  • Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • A team player, have a sense of responsibility and able to supervise
  • Experience in Building Automation System (BAS) / Building Management System (BMS) is preferred
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

 

Security Officer

Be part of the team that helps keep our community and visitors safe and welcoming.

Requirements:

  • SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent with relevant training and experience
  • Able to manage foreign security guards to ensure tasks assigned are carried out accordingly
  • Familiarity with access control, visitors’ management and patrolling procedures
  • Good communication skills (in Bahasa Malaysia and English) 
  • Must be able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
