When you first began serving, did you imagine this long journey—and how has God shaped your calling along the way?
No, but the burden and joy in helping children come to know the Lord keep me going in the children's ministry. -Lena
I didn't think so far ahead; all I wanted was to say yes to Him! Every assignment is an opportunity to love God. Every new demand is an opportunity to learn to trust Him more. -Kay
I never imagined the journey would span four decades when I began. Senior Pastor and Sister Petrina’s mentoring and encouragement, and the constant support of the pastoral team have been a big part of how God formed my calling and brought me to where I am today. -Pastor Richard
No, I didn't, and there were seasons I felt like giving up. Through serving, God taught me to keep turning to Him in prayer, to trust Him deeply, and to treasure the people I’ve walked with… many of whom became dear friends. -Helen
When I first began serving, I was simply enthusiastic. I believed that God was looking more at my availability than my capability. Through the years, He has shaped and grown my calling step by step. -Veronica

What encouragement would you give to those who are just beginning to serve in the church today?
Remember all that you do is for the love of Jesus, so “...be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord” (1 Cor 15:58). -Siew Eng
God will bless those who love Him and serve Him faithfully. -Lena
Be faithful in the calling God has given you. Faithfulness always leads to fruitfulness in His time. Serve from love, not from pressure. When joy fades, allow yourself to rest. When you feel unnoticed, remember that you are serving a God who is all-knowing and ever-present with us. Stay faithful in small things and trust Him with the results. -Peggy
Don’t walk the journey alone. Lean on your leaders, your team, and your church family — their support makes the road lighter, and God uses them to grow you in ways you may only recognise years later. - Pastor Richard
Do not compare your journey with anyone else’s. -Kay
