On August 4, 2020 an explosion in Beirut, Lebanon caused extensive damage to the city. At least 190 people lost their lives, more than 6,000 were injured and about 300,000 people were made homeless. Calvary Church received an urgent appeal from World Assemblies of God Relief and Development Agency for funds to provide food parcels for devastated families and to assist families who had lost loved ones, jobs and homes. We thank God that through your faithful Missions giving, we were able to respond immediately to the Beirut disaster.
